I joined the club when I was 13 and never really left! More than 10 years on, I’ve progressed from the junior team to the Women’s 1st team, making plenty of memories along the way. I play up front, so my favourite place is in the D (preferably with the ball!), and I’ve been lucky enough to finish as the team’s top goalscorer. Off the pitch, I’ve gone from organising the socials to captaining the Women’s 1st team—so whether it’s scoring goals or planning a night out, I like to think I’ve got both covered.

I’ve been part of St Neots Hockey Club for over 10 years, and this season marks my second year playing for the Women’s 1st team. I play in defence, but I love any excuse to make a run up the pitch and get involved in the attack. I’m probably best known for being the loudest person on the pitch – whether it’s organising the defence, encouraging the team or just making sure everyone can hear me! I love being part of the club and can’t wait for another season with the 1s.
